How do I choose a size?

The ideal Bloon size depends on your height and the height of your desk. Check out our sizing guide to select the Bloon that suits you best.

How long should I use a Bloon? 

We recommend moving around every 30 minutes to maximize your Bloon’s ergonomic benefits. However, you can comfortably remain on a Bloon for hours on end. 

How do I inflate my Bloon ? 

You can inflate your Bloon with the manual pump provided in the package or with another manual pump of your choice. We provide tips for adjusting its firmness based on usage. We also offer the option of having your Bloons delivered fully inflated

What comes in the Bloon package ? 

The standard package includes a Bloon, a manual pump, an instruction manual, and all of the accessories you need to start using our Bloon right away ! 

What’s the difference between a Bloon and an exercise ball ?
